Rehabilitation project of a residential building comprising nine apartments, focused on preserving the building’s spirit and some of its most distinctive architectural elements.

The existing façades were maintained, while the apartment interiors were reconfigured to better suit contemporary living standards. Formerly small, compartmentalised rooms were transformed into larger, more open spaces, creating a more fluid and functional layout aligned with modern lifestyle.
