The building subject to the interior intervention is part of a centuries-old estate spanning 1,500 hectares, primarily dedicated to agriculture and forestry activities. The property also features a well-established vineyard integrated into the Ribatejo Wine Route.

The project focused on improving living conditions while respecting the surrounding natural landscape. Comprising five bedrooms, a living room, and a dining area, the building, classified as local accommodation, serves as a support facility for a company operating a water-ski activity on an artificial lake within the estate.
