Set just outside Tavira, the Ozadi was reimagined through a light but impactful refresh of its interiors and outdoor areas, enhancing the hotel’s relaxed, contemporary character while celebrating the softness of the Eastern Algarve.
The intervention focused on colour, texture and comfort. A renewed palette introduces sun-washed neutrals, sandy beiges, warm whites and soft terracottas, accented with dusty blues and muted greens that echo the surrounding landscape. These tones bring warmth and depth to the spaces while maintaining a calm, luminous atmosphere.

Textiles and finishes play a central role in the new identity. Natural fabrics such as linen, cotton and textured weaves were selected for their tactile quality and breathability, creating a sense of ease and informality. Layering cushions, rugs and upholstery adds softness and visual richness, while keeping a coherent, understated language.
The furniture selection balances clean contemporary lines with a light, relaxed spirit. Indoors, pieces in light woods, soft upholstery and natural finishes create welcoming social areas and comfortable rooms. Outdoors, the design extends into the terraces and pool areas with weather-resistant materials, woven textures and lounge seating, reinforcing a seamless connection between interior and exterior living.
The result is a refreshed Ozadi, bright, comfortable and quietly sophisticated, where color, materials and furniture work together to create a warm and inviting retreat in Tavira.
