The building is developed across three floors and includes a courtyard with dense vegetation that provides privacy from the surrounding buildings, accessed through a terrace adjacent to the kitchen.

The clients, with Portuguese roots but living in the East and influenced by different cultural habits, sought a home that reflected the Portuguese way of living.

The project involved a significant transformation of the courtyard. A former laundry area was converted into a bedroom designed as a peaceful retreat, encouraging moments of pause and enjoyment of the small garden. Within the main building, the intervention focused on creating larger living areas, improving comfort, and increasing storage capacity. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully renovated and adapted to contemporary living needs.
